In 30 hours, we will build a solid foundation for the practice of Thai Yoga Massage. We will learn a total of 160 positions, assisted by a clear and detailed workbook.
We give foremost importance to safety and to conscious movements which ensures that no one gets hurt and the massage quality is of the highest standard.
Thai Yoga Massage is a treatment given with clothes on. It consist of energy line opening techniques and Yoga-like stretches. The sequence learned is for the whole body, including head, face, back, abdomen, arms, and legs.
At the end of the course graduating students will be able to perform a 100-minute Thai Yoga Massage session.
The course includes theoretical knowledge about Thai Yoga Massage, and anatomy.
Meditation is an integral part of the teaching.
